operation christmas child - item of the month

This year, The Chapel will be collecting items all year for Operation Christmas Child. We'll highlight different items each month and then come together for a packing party in October.

March’s item is quality crafts - toys, games, accessories, and more. Homemade items lend a personal touch in a child's shoebox. Donate items at the church - just look for the big bin in the lobby.

Youth Camp Garage Sale

Saturday, March 23rd

Students will earn "cash for camp" in our annual garage sale by working to organize and set up the sale.  Every hour worked during set up equates to $10 off their camp fee.  But they can’t work if there’s nothing to sell.  Now is a great opportunity to do a little "spring cleaning" and donate your unused treasures for the garage sale.

Donations can be dropped off during office hours at the church beginning March 18th.  The Garage Sale will run from 7am to Noon on Saturday, March 23rd.

Starting Point Intensive

Friday, March 29-Saturday, March 30

The "Starting Point" class digs into the doctrine and theology of The Chapel, who we are as a body, and what membership looks like.  This class serves as a great introduction to The Chapel for new attenders, and is a required step for membership at The Chapel.

The schedule for the weekend intensive is as follows: Friday - 5:30-8:30pm; Saturday - 9:00am - 12:30pm

Registration is requested – sign up online.

family sunday

Sunday, March 31

This year, each time we have five Sundays in a month, we’ll have a special Family Sunday.  At 9:00am, all will gather for a pancake breakfast and fellowship and then worship together as families at 10:30am. Let’s slow down, connect personally with one another, and show appreciation to our many family ministry leaders by coming together for fellowship and worship as a whole church body.

We will not have nursery or Sunday School during the 9:00 hour so teachers and families can enjoy this time together.  (Nursery for ages 0-3 will be available during the 10:30 Worship.)

men's 24 event

friday, april 5 - Saturday, april 6

This year’s event will take place here at The Chapel April 5th through 6th.  It will begin Friday night at 6:00pm with a meal and finish before dinner on Saturday.   Brett Barnes will be our special guest.  Tickets are $10 and available online HERE or in the lobby.  Deadline to purchase tickets is March 31.  After that, the price increases to $15.

Vacation Bible School

Chapel Mission Trip

July 21-25

One of the many ways we care for our Chapel missionaries is to encourage them with a personal visit. Join us for a Short Term Missions Trip to Tijuana, Mexico where our team will visit Chapel missionaries Joseph & Jessica Bonura as they serve with Radius International. We will encourage Joseph & Jessica, learn about the mission of Radius, and serve the staff & students by completing work projects in preparation for the new semester. Our trip is scheduled for July 21-25. Please sign up at the Missions Table in the lobby or contact Jeremy Kallin for more info.
