Missions Weekend

Our Missions Weekend/Missions Sunday is designed to keep God's purpose in reaching all nations at the center of our hearts. Our prayer is that we will be senders and goers, investing in all the nations for God's glory. We hope the resources below will help you grow in love for the lost and the unreached around the world.

  • Missionary Care Teams

A care team is a group of committed people (or couples) who come together to care for their missionary in a variety of ways, striving to help meet their  physical, emotional and spiritual needs. It is a group of people with whom the missionary can be open and honest, sharing their needs, and sharing their successes and defeats.

Our goal is to provide our missionaries with a committed group of people who will show them practical love, keep them visible before the rest of The Chapel family, and strengthened on the mission field.

  • Joshua Project seeks to answer the questions that result from the Great
Commission's call to make disciples among every nation or people group:
    • Who are the ethnic people groups of the world?
    • Which people groups still need initial church-planting in their midst?
    • What ministry resources are available to reach least-reached?
  • Operation World purposes to inform and inspire God’s people to prayer and action in order to change the world.

"By facilitating global intercession Operation World has contributed immensely inprovoking a global vision for the world-wide Church. This all-important fuel-for-prayer document has no doubt helped many, including my family and I, to pray for the world in an informed and innovative manner." - Rev Gideon Para-Mallam

  • Every Home for Christ is an international missions organization dedicated to the Great Commission. They are actively equipping the local church to reach the lost with the Gospel and make disciples in more than 130 nations. The strategy is simple: Everybody lives somewhere, so just go where people live and systematically share the Gospel home to home. The results are incredible. In the last 5 years alone, we have reached over 400 million homes and followed-up to disciple over 70 million people who have responded to the Gospel.
  • Perspectives is a fifteen week course designed around four vantage points or "perspectives" — Biblical, Historical, Cultural and Strategic. Each one highlights different aspects of God's global purpose.
